From what I've seen in the demo, wablejack is a pretty talkative fellow, but there's nothing wrong with simply talking on the mic. He's talking for pretty much the entire demo, but he's not yelling/screaming/playing music so I don't think this would fall under micspam. Trolling is quite a stretch too.

If you happen to have any other evidence with actual micspam, feel free to make another ban submission, but for now, this is denied.
