Sgt. pepper was in the game when Cj started to spam, I asked him if he could ban him, but there weren't any spam. This is because Cj stop the spam when he saw a admin online. We couldn't provide enough evidence to sgt. Pepper that Cj was spamming, until the last round was finish, Cj insist to spam the chatbox about 5 time before the map rotates. I asked if he saw that before the map rotate and he did not.
