My Dell mouse finally died on me today and now I need a new reliable mouse.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have no clue on what PC mouse I should purchase.
Also I have around 100$ to spend.

Any recommendations?

depends on what you want.

yeah my g500's scroll wheel is about dead. i might be looking at these recommendations too.

also bonus points if it doesnt look like a fucking cyborg. idk why this is the "in" look now

If you are looking for a wireless mouse, then i'll suggest this one.

I have had this for nearly 3 years, and no problems have occurred with it so far. The only negative thing I can say about this is that it does not warn you if the AA battery is low or depleted, but I am not sure if any mouse does that.

I'm not saying its the best mouse, but i've already pre-ordered this. The colors are beautiful and it's a simple sleek looking mouse

Agreed. I think that the overall "gamer" look is appalling.

The Mionix Castor is a fairly simple looking mouse that has been getting outstanding reviews across the board. The quality of the materials and the sensor are great, according to everyone, albeit it's a tad pricey for all of it's features.

Also, check out the Zowie FK1. It's almost a featureless mouse, but I hear that it is something that many people are enjoying.

The Roccat Kone XTD is another good choice, fairly basic as with the other mice that I have suggested, and a lot of people seem to be enjoying their's. There is an option to choose whether you want an optical or a laser sensor, so that is also kind of nice.

these new ones have gears and knobs n shit.  im not steam punk im just a fucking computer guy

I've been using a Logitech G600 that I bought on clearance a few months back. It's pretty nice.

im also open to ps/2 mice lol.  might as well get some use out of this adapter

Nobody makes mice with a PS/2 adapter anymore.

Also, I thought you'd have a nicer mouse Celach, since Dodgeball is better with a faster sensor, and you've got mad skrilla.

I also used the g5/g500 for like the past 8 years and i picked up the g502. Took a day to get used to but I'm pretty happy with it. I'm not sure if it has the same 5% acceleration issue that the g500 apparently had but it's got a real solid feel to it despite it's flashy cyborg look. You can also disable the LEDs. Don't buy meme mice or wireless crap, I went with a brand I've had a great customer experience with and it hasn't let me down yet.

i was gonna go for the g502 but i just saw this onsale
