[On Server] tfdb_toolsheds

A little test map I've been working with for a few months. I decided to convert it for use in TFDB.

The ravine in the middle is experimental. I just wanted to separate the teams because maps that allow them to mix tends to end in airblast griefing and that's no fun. The ravine does not damage you currently, though that may change.

EDIT: I'm checking out the server and I don't see the map in the nominate list.

Huh. It's showing up in our maps folder on FastDL. As far as actually getting the map on the nomination list, I personally have no idea so I'll ask our developers. Must have missed that step after adding it.

EDIT: Xerhik will look into the map cycle shortly. Don't have access to it currently.
