Regarding The Downtime

Internap, the datacenter that hosts most of intox Gaming's services including our game servers, website, databases, fastdl, etc. Removed a key upstream provider that served the location our website/databases/fastdl were hosted in. During this removal Internap failed to reconfigure an IP block, our IP was in that block causing our server to be unavailable to the public.

I've moved the website/fastdl/databases to a new server/infrastructure and have fail safes in place so uptime will be up to 99.99%.

The reason it took so long was because I was unable to access the old server databases until about 2 hours ago. Everything is now ported over and should be running smoothly. If you notice any errors or bugs please post in this thread.

Very sorry for the downtime, we will absolutely make sure this does not happen again.

That's very shitty, if they are going to be removing nodes shouldn't they look and see if any high activity of the IP's given were being used or notify the service user that they were planning on doing this?

Seems super unprofessional from the providers side.

Not sure about any the other servers, but Smash Bros seems to be caught in a restart loop, disconnecting everyone near the beginning of the first round and going back to the starting map. It was doing that yesterday too.

All servers are affected. Something about the TF2 update broke the map cycle plugins we have. We are waiting for ReFlex.
