Perks are removed after map switch (TF2)

For some reason, every time the map switches on any intox server, my perks are lost along with the credits I used to purchase them.  I've done this 3 times and it hasn't been fixed. (All 3 were the color chat trials, so I lost 420 credits)

I don't really have screenshots to prove any of this, but if this could be fixed that'd be great.
