Why should this person be banned: Opening the cell doors without the warden giving orders.

Additional Information: Jimbob has been repeatedly opening the cell doors before a warden has given orders (or before there even is a warden). It got so annoying, that I bothered to record it.
You can see him opening the cell doors three times in total, however, the third time is right before 'the vote had been rocked'.
