15 minutes before the tournament start time, you should enter the steam group's chat room. In there I'll coordinate with you guys about when its your team's turn to play. I'd like it to take no more than 2 minutes in between matches for the new players to shuffle in. I expect the entire tournament to take between 2.5-3 hours, based on how the previous tournament went.
If you realize that you are now unable to participate in the tournament do your team the courtesy of letting them (and me) know now. If all the official substitutes are used up but your team is still short a player, you'll have to play that way.
