I keep hearing "save the animals" when watching different vods. Can someone explain the joke/meme/reference?
 
In Super Metroid, you can save or not the animals at the end of the game. Killing them saves time, saving them is "right". When you donate, you can decide to put the money toward save or kill, and during the race, the option with more money wins.
 
Watched the Step Mania "run" live, it was absolutely fucking insane. I love Twitch chat.

pretty decent event minus the shitty times picked for certain games (for people on the east coast)

idk it wasnt as "magical" as previous events. needed more trihex, cosmo, etc
