Jailbreak: Maturity Restriction for Guards

After a lot of feedback from regulars of the server, we're implementing a maturity restriction for being a Guard/Warden on Jailbreak. This is to help prevent kids yelling commands and not following orders. If you're under the age of 16 please stay off Guard team.

Please note that this rule will be different per admin discretion, but should still be followed by all.
 
How does the work exactly? Seems like it could be easily bypassed.
 
It's more of a blanket rule to get rid of shit guards that aren't up to par.
