Guard ban form still hasn't been updated since switching to Xenforo and I don't have the permissions to just post a thread in the folder so I'm posting here instead.

Why I think I was banned: Freekill and Ghosting
Why I should be unbanned:
In response to the points made on the report~
Offense 1- He had every intention of getting up in my face. He could have gone anywhere until warden gave orders but ran at me instead.
Offense 2- Yeah I shouldn't of freekilled him. On Intox or at least the way it used to be it's not the end of the world if you freehit someone; my intention was going to be to do obby which you don't need health for anyway. He afterwards called me a nigger to deliberately get a reaction from me. I shouldn't have killed him but at the same time he shouldn't have baited the kill out of me. JB these days is more lax than it used to be and more regulars come on to hangout than to play "hardcore jailbreak." Some of us screw around (cough Artox cough) and Blue got salty over a freekill he basically asked for.
Offense 3- Apples has played Intox JB for quite a while and knows he was blocking me and did it on purpose. I did announce that I'd be going to the armory, I could have been clearer and told apples to move instead of just saying I was going to shoot him but I have no doubt he knew exactly what I meant. As for using the gun, SMK64 hadn't started yet meaning I wasn't bound by the rule of no guns. Although not in the demo, Apples put his little lenny after doing a voteban on me. He knew I'd kill him and didn't really care. The voteban was more of a joke since you need every single person in the server -2 for it to go through and unless Artox is on no one is really going to do it seriously.
Offense 4- He wasn't afk and in fact I did ghost. Azi was camping on top of armory in the corner and I wanted the round to end so I ghosted him. However I don't understand why ghosting warrants a guard ban. Wouldn't that fall under a comm block?
As far as I can tell I'm being guard banned because this guy took the time to make a report which hasn't been done by many in quite a while. Guard bans here are permanent and back when the server was popular they were mostly reserved for people who did really stupid stuff. I think a full guardban over this is a bit of an exaggeration considering the only guard related rule I broke was freekilling Blue once. Last time you guard banned me Elah which was for screwing around you said you'd remove it the next day (which I have evidence of if anyone wants) and it stayed there for weeks until I pm'd you directly.
