Update: Perk Changes 12/14/15

A couple small changes to the donor shop.

- Chat tags are now less restricted. All rules still apply, however they now allow for custom symbols, aka, lenny faces.
- Donors can now apply sprays faster.

I'll try making more threads about any general updates I add to the servers in this section.
