X3 Achievez Galore! X3

I'm proud of a lot of the work I do. I like making it crisp and clean. I've been working on the map for months. Now you may say, "Months!? I could of done that in a day or two." Yea I know, you probably could. I've been trying to find the best balance for it and updates since I started running a free achievement server from my small desktop computer. It started as the original achievement_all_v4 that many of you have to come to cherish because of The Grind... I thought, hmm, maybe I could make this better. After countless version updates (v3 is more like v1924), I've finally completed my work (For Now).

Other Notes:
I decided to use the least amount of custom textures and entities as possible. The only custom texture on this map is the ReFlex Achievements logo.

I'm not looking for an upload to anything, just want to share my project. Kitty

Looks good as do all of your maps if I was one to play on achievement maps I am sure this would become a favorite of mine in no time.

I like how you go "I'm going to take time creating this thread, I'm proud of a lot of the work I do" and then proceed to have a ton of grammar issues. But setting that aside, what can I say? It looks like any of the other hundred achievement maps. The lighting looks pretty good actually, but then why play this map when there are other, more content filled maps? Also don't worry about the custom texture thing, I can't really foresee anyone getting on your back about having custom textures in your map. Just as long as they fit the style that the map sets forth, then everything should be fine.

Edit: After looking back at the maps on gamebanana, it seems that to a certain extent my memories for the detail in past achievement maps were a bit remastered. However, my point still stands that there are more content filled maps out there.

I wouldn't say it looks like most other achievement maps. It looks like more time was put into it than most in my opinion. I like it.

Honestly, the only thing missing in the achieve map is payload? I understand many other achievement maps offer larger varieties of ideas, but they are unnecessary. I could take out the achieve part of the map name and it could still be used in the same matter without confusion.

achieve_all_v4 is one of the smallest, narrow variety maps there were and is for achievements yet it is "very" popular. Can't deny that. It brings people in more because of the view of that map, especially the easter eggs, rather than the appearance of textures or "content" you specified in your statement. I find the map I made to be more of a hang out spot.Thumbs
