Where & when did this ban take place: On the pyro dodgeball server, July 14, 2012

Why do you think you were banned: When I was playing on the server yesterday many people on the server were spamming "flipping the table" and "putting the table down." I decided to join in on this, and for a minute or two I spammed "flipping people." After a minute or so, though, I stopped, remembering that chat spam wasn't allowed on the server. Then about thirty minutes later I was banned after one of the admins searched through the chat log. (Spamming in chat)

Why do you think you should be unbanned: I am deeply sorry for my misdemeanor; I had just momentarily forgotten the rules. Being a lover of your servers and this community, I would love to play again on your wonderfully fun servers. And if you let me back on I will do my best not to break the rules again, and also to try to enforce some of them as well. If I do not keep this promise ban me all you want. I hope you guys consider my unban.

Additional Information: As I said before, I'm very, truly sorry for what I did. I promise that if you unban me, you shall not see anymore problems like this from me in the future. Thank you for reading this, and have a great day.

I banned everybody (to my knowledge) that had spammed that night after being called in. I did look through chat log, and you were spamming from about 9:52 to 9:58. 2 minutes of spamming =\= 6 minutes.
I honestly find it hard to believe that if I unban you, you will listen and follow the rules. I've already warned you a multitude of times for various things, all of which go ignored. So why should I believe you'll listen this time?

Sorry, I didn't remember the exact amount of time I was spamming; I guess my estimation was wrong. And also, yes, in the past I may have accidentally forgotten the fact that you can't talk about trade in voice chat but I cannot honestly recall any other time you have told me I was breaking the rules. But now since I fully know the consequences of not following the rules, I completely assure you that I will not make the same mistakes; I swear.

Trade in voice chat and trade in normal chat on more than a handful of occasions, I've both verbally expressed and messaged you using in-game private chat to stop making those god awful grunts in voice chat every time you join. All of which goes ignored.

I'm willing to make this 2 weeks if you agree that what you were doing was wrong, and you will not be doing it again. You need to be aware that we don't take rule breaking lightly.

I agree that what I did was wrong; I don't know what came over me. I am so sorry for chat spamming and I shall never do it again. I promise. I am now fully aware of the consequences of breaking any of the rules. But am i still allowed to talk in the Batman voice if i'm not spamming or doing the grunts?

The Batman voice is annoying as fuck.
