This. I live with him and it's easier for me to work with a custom built. He likes to format the computer like once a year, to keep it clean and running fast, and having a computer custom built is easier, since we will have the OS disc. Honestly, I don't like having a prebuilt from company, I use to only own them since I was 11 and found they are annoying to support. If I can build one for under $500, he will be very happy, cause he thinks of spending into $600.

Eh, I try to avoid those usb adapter, we use to have a few of them break from my brothers. I was thinking of something like a card that goes into the motherboard and has a antenna in the back of the computer. I'm liking the bundle, but is the specs good? He likes how it only cost $357.87 for all that, but I never really heard of emachine.
