1. Must be Summoner Level 25+
2. Maximum of 32 players
3. Single Elimination
3. Matches will be played in a Best of 3 format
4. Must be played in a Custom Game.
5. First Blood or 2 Tower kills = Win
6. There will be 3 Bans each. 1-1-1-1-1-1
7. After Bans the game is to start in Blind pick.
8. Higher seed determines First Pick.
9. Screen shot of Bans must be taken.
10. Screenshot of each win must be taken.
11. The 6 bans are bans for the whole match (best of 3)
12. Going into other lanes are not allowed. Mid only.
13. Global Spells can not be used in other lanes. (ie. TF Ult, GP Ult)
14. Banned summoners include: Revive, Teleport, Promote
15. Banned Items include: Gaurdian Angel. Wriggles Lantern and Madred's Razor. (BloodRazor is not banned)
16. You are allowed to use the Jungle. Wraiths, Wolves, 2x Golems, Red, Blue, Dragon, Baron.
17. Each round will have a deadline the match needs to be played by. If the match is not reported by this date then both players recieve a loss.
18. Spectators are allowed, using Spectator Mode.
19. If a player disconnects prior to either champion attacking a minion, then the game is to be restarted.


Xtra's:
If there is a dispute, Message agutrot on the forums with the dispute and screenshots to show evidence. No screenshots = no dispute.

Screenshots of Bans only need to be presented if a dispute is made.

Screenshot of wins are to be posted when Win is reported in the thread.

If a false win is reported, a dispute must be made with Screenshots.

Once registration is complete, an Google spread sheet of the bracket will be madE so that everyone can see.

Seeding will be determined at random using. http://www.random.org/lists/

If you are unable to contact your opponent to schedule a time to play before the set time period. The default time to play is 8pm CST.

If the opponent does not show up after within 15 min, take a timestamped screenshot. Report as a win and if disputed screenshot will be required.

Sign-ups start now and end a week from today on Sat. Dec 3rd.

Champions such as Karthus, Kog'maw and Yorick, if you die then take the kill after your death. You have still been First Blooded. If Zilean activates his Ultimate and you kill him, that is not a first blood.

There could possibly be a RP card prize involved if there is a good turnout for the tournament. It is Christmas time.
