Where & when did this ban take place: Less than an hour ago.

Why do you think you were banned: Because Spleenter strolled into a match halfway through with a hale that was practically redecorating the batcave in crevice. He sat there for well over nine minutes before a significant amount of people decided to votekick him. So I added my votekick and encouraged others to do the same. Somewhere around the end of the voting when Spleenter arrived. He asked whats going on. I said, doods camping, your practically the last kick for him, a little help here? Kid didnt even get vote kicked, he just rage quit. Then i left, come back after steam fixed itself and saw I was banned. Sad Face man. Sad face.

Why do you think you should you be unbanned:...Considering I did nothing wrong? It would be lovely.

The point isn't that he was camping before Spleenter came, it's the fact you continued to encourage the votekick even when Hale WAS moving around. If he's sitting doing nothing then fine, but when he starts moving again there is no need to continue to kick him, as you were clearly doing. This shows you weren't doing it just to get rid of an inactive Hale but just to abuse the feature.

On top of this when I was in the server a while back you were provoking someone into an argument simply because he had a high pitched voice. Even after I muted you, you asked for an unmute also saying you couldn't promise you wouldn't pick fights with him anymore.

Those are the reasons you are banned and I'm happy to unban you if you agree not to break the rules again and act accordingly in the servers.

He didn't even deserve this ban as there were 19 other people also wanting to votekick him. Hunter was the first one to initiate the votekick but not the one saying "Guys let's votekick him" over the microphone, that was another guy (demo below) We all wanted to kick the guy that was being hale and one person is held responsible.. that is not fair. Spleenter came late into the game aswell.

The guy that was being hale did waste more time before the demo even started so I don't see why "camping" is not a valid reason for a kick.

Cant even begin to count how many times vash kicked me specifically because i camped on crevice. Hed kick me in less than a minute when i was found if i was just trollin about. And the five year old already was riled up when he initiated squeak mode. squeak being one that has yet to reach puberty ininitating every foul word in the english language, repeatedly to hide the fact their balls have yet to drop. He was already yelling, i just gave him a target to take out his agression on until an admin muted him. And I cant even tell you how many admins on intox IMMEDITATELY mute five year olds that speak.

To be honest I see no reason why we shouldn't unban him, assuming what he says here is true. Camping is a perfectly valid reason to kick someone, and assuming they warned him of it ahead of time the votekick was valid. Even if he started moving once the votekick nearly finished, I can't count the number of times I've seen a hale move, kill a few people, then start camping again.

As for the high pitched voice person, I can't really say without hearing it, but most of the admins will mute a person who has a voice high enough to hurt ears, myself included.
