Where & when did this ban take place:At an unknown date somewhere in january, in the Surf Instant Respawn #1 *HLDJ* Server.

Why do you think you were banned:I was doing an organized overplay with my friend Novagas. We create a certain noise we do not mean any offense with, maybe him but not me. I don't realise annoyances that fast.

Why do you think you should you be unbanned:For as far as I know I was apparently wrong, and the story that was told for my ban was not entirely right. They said I was overplaying. True. But did I overplay on purpose? No. It was organized and we were both okay with it.

Additional Information:No administrators that entered the server ever asked us to stop, for that is why I thought there was nothing wrong with an organized overplay every once in a while. Besides, we only took 2 minutes to do it and it'd be over, and I'd take away his turn [<3] and start playing a TF2 mashup of my own, even how childish it may be. Thanks for reading.

You and your friend might have been okay with it, but the server probably was not. And it's clearly stated in our rules that this is forbidden. It says nothing about 'organized' overplays. Do you see why you were banned and do you agree not to do this again?

Oh yeah, and about that.. Wasn't just me and novagas. It was also someone named Butilka4. Novagas uses an IP Bypass so he's probably still there too.

To get one thing straight, it is never okay to break the rules, unless an admin consents.

I banned Novagas permanently for having a shaky history of rule bending and having received several secondhand reports of overplay when no admin is present. I had originally intended to put you down for a week due to not recognizing your name at all (ie. I hadn't taken mental note of any foul play on your part). Clutch changed this I think.

We don't have many admins right now, so it is difficult to moderate when we all have our own schedules. That shouldn't be an excuse to disregard the rules, however.

That said, I am completely cool with you being unbanned. Novagas will have to make his own request if he cares enough.

EDIT: And I seem to "recognize" that name Butilka as well. Could you feed us more information on him?

Butilka is a lad i've had some issues with in the past but as far as I know has since fixed himself. I could be wrong though.
